To draw out the inherent deliciousness of our ingredients, each is meticulously aged for its optimal duration. Then, alongside our meticulously prepared akazu (red vinegar) sushi rice, brewed using time-honored traditional methods, our seasoned artisans lovingly craft each and every piece with heartfelt dedication.
